Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

From your description, I would consider the possibilities of melasma and freckles.

Melasma is a pigmentary disorder which worsens with exposure to sunlight, use of oral contraceptive pills and has a genetic predisposition.

Freckles occur due to sunlight exposure.

You could use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 and above every 4 hours.

Use a lightening cream containing kojic acid, tetrahydrocoumarin, arbutin and liquorice at bedtime.

Physically avoid sun exposure by using a hat/ umbrella.

Eat healthy food rich in anti oxidants.

Hope this helps you.

Take care.
