Lonnie
I have some small bumps between my thighs when they itch if you scratch them they turn into larger bumps under the skin and itch very bad. They go away and then come back and each time the area gets larger.

Hi,

Itchy bumps on inner thighs may be prurigo or lichen urticatus. It may not be tinea cruris as antifungal treatment dose not improve the condition. You may take steroids in tappering dose for 1 to 2 weeks with antihistaminics like levocetirizine.
You may take antibiotic if the lesions are infected. Apply mild steroid with antibiotic cream. Avoid soap bath. You may use dettol liquid in bath water. You may be improved. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
