How To Cure Small Itchy White Specks On Arms?

Hello I ve been noticing small white specks on my arms for a few weeks now and my children noticed it as well our skin is itchy but no matter how much I bathe or remove it from my skin it keeps coming back. Do you have any idea whys it may be or any home remedies that may cure this?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having pityriasis versicolor.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on affected skin.
3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 30 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
