How To Cure Sore Nose, Throat Caused After Fell And Hit Face?

I fell a week ago and hit my face quite badly on some railings, resulting in a bad nose bleed, swelling and bruising of my nose and mouth. Although my nose is still sore, the swelling and bruising have now gone, but the right side of my throat is sore and it really hurts when I yawn. Have I just strained something when I fell and hit my face?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your question, the soreness in the throat and difficulty in mouth opening while yawning could be secondary to bone fracture or laceration over the throat region or any injury to the muscles of mastication or throat...consult a oral physician to rule out the above said issues...
you might have to take some radiographs to rule out any fracture..i hope my answer will help you..take care..
