How To Cure Sore Throat & White Spots Near The Tonsils?

Oh god this is embarrassing - I'm 44 and was with my boyfriend last weekend. He wanted me to try deep throating him and now I have a sore throat and a white spot near my tonsils. Could I have contracted a STD??
Or could it be that I hurt myself trying to pleasure him? I'm petrified. Please help.

hello..
thanks a lot for your query on HCM,
dont be worried...
there are chances of you being infected..
but it cannot be said for sure that it is some STD...
there can be other infection also...
better do get yourself investigated for the presence of any STD...
take adequate treatment for the same and get cured of the condition...
things will improve gradually...
do be cautious the next time around...
wish you good health...
