How To Cure Soreness In Knee And Pain In Neck And Shoulder?

I have been having pain in my neck and shoulder...no injuries...it s been bothering me for several months. I went to a knew massage therapist since the one i had used a month ago moved. got a deep tissue massage on Tuesday and today is Friday...I am still so sore. I was extremely sore that evening and my knees were extremely sore...should I be worried?
