How To Cure Swelling & Burning Inside The Vagina?

I have had gotten a uti in june took my antibiotics and was better. Then 2weeks ago I got another. And now I taken my meds and it no longer burns when I pee. But now the inside of my vagina is very swollen and burns. It doesn't really have any pain more just swollen and burning. What's wrong.
