Swelling above left collarbone, a large visible swollen area, when pressed u can feel lump. Have had thickening of endometrium.I m 54.Postmenapausal for 12 years

Large visible swelling in this region could be due to a no of reasons. Get an X-ray of the area first to rule out any bony lesion. Then after further examination, we can determine the problem and treatment.
