Hello,

Don't worry you may be having an early stage of haemorrhoids. It is reversible with avoiding straining and diet modification.

You may apply ice in frequent intervals. Use Pilex cream locally twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
