How To Cure Swollen Feet After Hearing A Crack While Playing?
Well playing competitive soccer yesterday I landed on my left foot I heard a crack but I did finish the game despite the pain. Today It s a bit swollen I can walk but some lateral movement hurt. Please what to do as I m very keen to go back to the field and play. Thank you
I went through your description. I suggest you not to worry much. The crack sound should not be that serious mainly because you were able to play further. But further don't do that again. Hairline cracks might become more dangerous if you move the joints. Swelling could also mean that there is contusion. Therefore do consult a bone specialist for further advice. They might advice xray of the leg for further investigation.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
