How To Cure The Chronic UTI?
i had sexual intercourse with 2 partners when i was in teens and now i am 25 years old got married 8 months ago and i have chronic uti from past 1 yr and i am antibiotics for 5 days every months and i have gone through all the test including vdrl and hiv but they negetive.i have ecoil species found in vaginal cultural and pus cells in urine of 5-6 before and now it is 3-4.Is it std's and i am tensed that why it is taking such a long time to cure.Please help me out.

Three to four pus cells in urine is normal and no worry about that. If you have repeated UTI than rule out diabetes by random blood sugar estimation. If diabetes present than repeated UTI can occur. If you are taking steroid or any other immunosuppressive drug than let me know about that urine culture done when UTI occurs and antibiotic given accordingly. Consult urologist for examination.

Its very clear that you have chronic UTI. I presume you must have done urine for culture sensitivity and if not done you should get it done. Also you should get a USG urogenital tract done. Last you should get your husbands urine examination done which is very important because if he is also infected he will need be treated simultaneously.
