Yes, thanks! A few months ago I was driving and I felt a burning sensation in my index finger. I looked down and a lump the size of a small grape was swelling up and turning blue like a bruise. I thought I was getting a blood clot. I drive home and elevated it and applied ice. The next day a big bruise formed. It happened again 30 days later and again bruised. Now I have a constricting feeling and 2 small lumps the size of a small pearl that are painful. It feels like someone has a rubber band tied around my finger. I usually elevate it and ice. The pain comes and goes. Any idea what this is?
Yes, it seems to be a pyogenic granuloma. You can get it excised or treated with liquid nitrogen. Also get your coagulation profile done.
