How To Cure The Pain And Bruise In The Arm?
I fell a month ago and caught my arm inside the porch railing. My arm had a bruise above the elbow the size of a softball. A month later, I am still bruised and have some pains in that spot from time to time. My arm works perfectly, yet, I wonder should I have went to the doctor.

You need to get an X-ray done immediately.
The bruise can be due to inflammation or infection underneath.
You can try cold compression twice a day with limb elevation and rest.
