I understand your problem as I have several patients under my care like you. The tiredness you experience is due to several factors 1. Anemia from the kidney impairment 2. Fluid overload which are related to your kidney and may be weakness of the heart 3. Breathlessness and possibly decreased oxygen content of the blood. You should reduce the amount of fluids and the calories so that your swelling comes down and you lose weight. You are advised to see a GP or internist and get your blood sugar control, kidney function, anemia, electrolytes assessed and an echocardiogram taken to assess the heart function. With proper care the quality of life can be improved with less tiredness, breathlessness and better mobility. Best wishes, Dr. Noble Zachariah
