How To Cure Twitchy Eye ,dizziness And Slight Headache?

I have a twitchy eye with pressure behind my left eye. This increases if I turn my head quickly. I also have some dizziness with anxiety. I have just had my ears syringed due to a build up of wax. I have also just got rid of salmonella. I have had these symptoms for 4 weeks now. Sometimes when my head is on a pillow I feel like I have a slight headache and can feel my pulse at the back of my head. I also have some pressure across the bridge of my nose

Hi,

Twitching of eye, headache and dizziness could be due to the SYRINGING done for removing wax or EYE STRAIN from long time use of phones, computers, stress, lack of sleep, excess consumption of caffeine, alcohol etc.

I advise you to:
- Have proper sleep and limited use of computer and phones, relaxation
- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, tobacco
- Avoid exposure to excess light, noise and jerky movements
- Eye massage following warm compress
- Tab. Vertigon 16 mg twice a day for dizziness and analgesics for headache
