How To Cure Umbilical Hernia Without Surgery?
sir, Eight months back i had a baby in c section delivery after that i have umblical hernia(insistant hernia laproscope defect for previous removal of fibriod) 4 inch defect is there ,doctor suggested me to do surgery, but i am not interested to do suergery because already i undergone 3 surgery( laprosscope for removal of fibroid and 2 ceserion) . pls tell me a tips for reduce belly and how to heal umblical hernia without surgery
