How To Cure Under Eye Circles?

hi doctor, i have dark circles around my eyes..and no glow on my skin. my skin is looking dully. i feel very shame when go to any function because of my dark circles and dully skin. i used active c and melaglow from 1 months for dark circles nd glowing skin resp but i dont get any change in my skin.

It is hyper pigmentation of skin, not related to any eye problem. However a refraction test can be done and any error detected can be corrected Avoid the area over expo-user to sun using dark glass. Cover the area when you go out on sun. use sun screen lotion around eye. .
