Hello Doctor.....My mom is having urology problem....when we have consulted the doctor they said that her uro pipe has been narrowed down... and now when ever she urinates her she is having infection there. what could be the best solution for her? can you please suggest me

1. Age is necessary to advise as treatment will vary with age.
2. Dilatation of ureter is necessary and urine culture and sensitivity for identification of organism and appropriate treatment is necessary.
3. Recurrent infection can lead to pyelonephritis or renal infection and further complicate the ureter and can possibly cause complete obstruction.
