How To Cure Weakness In Legs ,arm & Light Headed?

Hi i am 30 weeks pregnant and my legs and arms feel very weak and i feel light headed...when i walk around to much in the house my legs get very sore...i know i have low iron but have not been able to take my iron pill because they make me sick and dizzy

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.Your history seems you are having anemia and due to this you are feeling all these symptoms like weakness,dizziness,light headache etc.As your pregnancy is progressing but you are not taking iron,this will create low blood volume & other complication during or after delivery,so i will suggest you to consult your gynecologist soon for the investigations ,diagnosis and treatment.she will guide you further.please take iron tablet daily if any problem in taking the tablet better tell your doctor.she will suggest alternatives.take care.
