How To Deal With A Child Having Hydraenitis Supportive?

Hello, I am the parent of a 14year old that was recently diagnosed with Hydradenitis supportive. She has a very severe case, outbreaks under armpits, chest, buttocks, thighs and groin area. We ve been getting remicade treatments, but with the upcoming school year I m wondering how other patients deal with this and attend school. She can t sit up for too long but the doctors don t want her to be isolated for too much longer. Any suggestions on this? would she be a 504 candidate?
