How To Deal With An Age Old Spot That Is Growing Bigger?

I have old age spot ,,,,,,,I've been told twice but it is definitely more now have been photo it since may have been told by family dr it is cancer she thinks and made a referral but no apt until end of nov which is a few mths away how do I get to someone quicker

well this can be some skin lesion but I wouldnt say it is cancer without further examination. if there is any doubt about cancer, you should remove it as soon as possible. if not,then it can also be removed under local anasthesia
