Take more fiber foods like whole grains, oats etc.. .
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, carbonated drinks, turnips broccoli..etc.
Take more water and fruit like kiwi and peach helpful in digestion.
Bowel habit training is helpful.
Avoid
stress.
Avoid junk foods and fatty foods.
Simethicone drug can use for gas relief.
