I have gone through your query. Home pregnancy tests read well 3-7 days after the missed period and also when performed with a fresh early morning sample of urine. I would ask you to repeat the HPT after a couple of days. If you wish to have an earlier and better clarification, please get an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres. Your symptoms are suggestive of a very early pregnancy, but, clinical and laboratory confirmation is necessary. A trans-vaginal sonogram should follow after a week to know the status of the pelvic organs. Hope this helps.

Hi..your symptoms might be because of a condition called pseudocyesis..as repeated upt negative shows that its very unlikely that you are pregnant..
However if still you have any doubts..you can go for a serum b-hcg test..
Delayed periods might also be because of thyroid disorder, hyperprolactinemia,genital tb or pcod..
