How To Detect Pregnancy?

Hi Dr. I havent got my periods since 2 months...we are trying to conceive but all my home tests were negative...my internal scan revealed my endometrium at 6mm and a few follicles...the doc asked me start on ovral l to induce periods but I didnt want to start OC since we are trying bery hard...What do you suggest? This was around a mponth ago...Is it possible I could be pregnant and it ws not visible so early?I havent done any test since then.TSH and Prolcatin very much within range

Hi. If you are trying to concieve you should not you Oral Contraceptive because they wont leave you get pregnant. First you should try progesteron to have menstruation and then you should try to induct ovulatin since you have small folicles although it depends on the day of cycle that you have done ultrasound.
