How To Detect Pregnancy?

im 18. i have had unprotected sex in the past month. friday night i started my period, on time. it lasted until saturday, the next day, until around lunchtime and then completly stopped. my period normally lasts 5 days. i have taken the pregnancy tests all which read positive, but i was just wondering if those are accurate because all tests say take so many days before your missed period.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

I suggest you to have a repeat test to confirm pregnancy as after the intercourse you had your normal periods which do not happen if you are regnant but as you are telling you had only one day bleeding so there are chances. Try repeating test with early morning urine.

Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
