Hello,How soon would I be able to detect if I am pregnant..my last period was 22nd of November..and I have had intercourse since then.Also i have being having series of boil so i ve taken about 4 tblets of ampiclox.What is the implication if it happens that I concieved during this period.thanks. from Ola

It depends entirely on which mode of investigation you opt for. If you are comfortable in visiting a doctor, then your blood can help confirm pregnancy in about a week from the date of conception. But if you chose to conduct a home pregnancy test, the ideal time for using it would be about 2 weeks from the suspected date of conception to on or after the second day of a missed period.
