How To Determine If Baby Will Be Delivered Normally?
Hi, Right now I am in end of 7th month pregnant and in next week I am going to start my 8th month can you clear my doubt pls, that I need to know whether I am getting the baby in normal delivery it should not get operation and also I need to know whether baby was rotating perfectly. How to know this??? pls explain.
Welcome to healthcaremagic, If all your examinations and scans are normal, then you can expect a normal delivery. Caesarean section (operation) is only done when it is required. If may be required if the size of the baby is large as may be seen in diabetes or if the pelvis (birth canal) of the mother is smaller, which is usually seen in short women. Sometimes if your first delivery was done by operation, it is likely that operation may be done for second baby also. With regard to baby rotation and position of the baby this can be known by examination done by gynecologist or by a scan. Hope that answers your question. Regards, Dr.Imaad.
