hi good day my name is ben my wife after 3 cesarian sections was advised not to take in again.unfortunately she took in even after our usage of birth contol pills.we were advised to use drugs like arthotec to induce abortion.she bled for a few days with clots like tissues.i wish to know if it has gone out really.

In abortion with medical pills, there will be bleeding for 1 week. Bleeding will be heavy for 2 days and minimal bleeding for another 1 week. Repeat scan after 2 weeks of intake of tablet to see for any retained products. If there is retained products, then D and C need to be done. If there is heavy bleeding for more than 1 week , scan has to be done immediately and D and C immediately to prevent anemia.Hope I have answered your query. Good day.
