How To Determine The Cause Of Blood In Urine?

I have all the symptoms of a u t I. I had my urine checked today but found no infection but there was blood in it . I was put on an antibiotic anyway and sent the urine to be cultured. I have been showing blood in my urine for years but urologist can t find anything wrong what or where should I go next

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to the history provided you are having blood in urine and there is not presence of any infection. So family history should be taken regarding any bleeding or clotting disorder, if present that sometime can lead mucous bleeding and for that you can investigate with bleeding time and Prothrombin time. Second a stone in the urinary tract anywhere can lead to bleeding so USG pelvis scan will be beneficial for that.
