How To Determine The Date Of Conceiving With Scan Showing 12 Weeks And 6 Days Of Pregnancy?

If on November 21 I was exactly 12 weeks pregnant from my LMP On August 29 and the CRL measurements on the ultrasound were 64 mm is this pretty accurate to 12 weeks? The scan put me at 12 weeks 6 days what does that mean? When might have I gotten pregnant?

Hi. Please don't get confused. If your LMP was 29 Aug, then at 29 Nov. It should be 13 weeks right time and not 12 weeks as from dates. You must have got pregnant around 13 - 18 th august. The best way to calculate period of gestation is from earlier scans and CRL. After 2nd trimester add 2 and after 3rd add 3 to calculate your weeks of pregnancy (40 weeks) total . There can always be a difference of+/- 7 days from the scan reading. Lrt your gynec worry about this.
Thanks.
