Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? sir , my brother have some brain tuberculoma problm .h/o slipdisc so before 1mth we was gone for oprat when they admited in hospital they had scizer disorder aftr give myoril inj . then we ws done on 1-3-11 c.t.scane so thr is inflamatory granuloma in rt frontal lobe size is 8.0and 6.0 mm they said this is nuerocyctoscarcosis.aftr oprat the antiepilaptic drugs started aftr 10 days again scizer in 1 day 3time then m.r.i brain done on 24-3-11 report is solitary ring enhancing inflmtry granuloma in rt frontaloparietal lobe with moderated perilesional oedema like tuberculoma size increase like(14.5 x13.5x11.5).so its started antituberculosis treatmt started but some dr said me tht both treatmt will be started becoz thr is no confrmatn tht this is nuerocyctoscarcosis or tuberculosis or tumor so plz guide me wht shuold be do Please type your query here...
