im in the restroom with poop trying to come out. It hurts im 38 weeks pregnant not sure if im having contractions or just pain from the poop trying to come out. iM SCARE and have been in the restroom for 30 min now dont know how to get it out and im cramping

You should visit your doctor to get yourself examined including internal examination.when the baby's head pushes down it feels like poop is coming out, moreover abdominal cramping could be contactions if they are coming at interval. you should report to the hospital immediately.
