If you need to improve your complexion , you can use
Kojic Acid 2% (Kojiglo) cream at nights . Also peeling creams like Glyco-A might prove effective , use it once a week as a regular peeler.
When going out in the sun , do use a sunscreen of spf 50 or higher to prevent the harmful rays affecting your skin.
Drink plenty of water 4-5 litres every day , it helps in detoxifying your body and gives a glow to your skin.
Rather than taking vitamin tablets , its better if you enrich your diet with vegetables, fruits, fish, dairy products and fibre-rich food. If you still want to take a
multivitamin tablet , i would suggest you to go for A-Z multivitamin capsules . Take one per day and use the cream which i mentioned for atleast 2-3 months to see visible changes.
