Hi, my family doctor says I need to "eat better", which I'm trying to do. What are some better things to eat when I get off at 10PM other than a burger, and when I wake up? I've tried fruit, but was shot down with a "thats carbs, Alex" Thanks for your time.
I suggest you to drink a glass of water when u get up in morning, it will help in draining out toxins from your body. After 1 hr u can have your breakfast which includes protein and cards like boiled egg (white part) wid a toast, this will give energy to start your day... In lunch take lots of green vegetables, a piece of chicken or fish In dinner you can have soups n salads In between you can take healthy snacks like spinach sandwich. .. 3 keys to stay healthy...1) drink at least 12 glass of water daily. ..2) eat healthy and avoid fried , junk and oily food 3) don't skip your meal but should have 2 - 3 hr gap between the meals.
