Hi, At and soon after ovulation, for a few hours, you can observe a temperature rise of at least half a degree and this will persist should conception occur. Also, you will notice some watery vaginal discharge a few days prior to ovulation onward up to a day or two later. Please try to record your basal body temperature as you arise in the morning, before any physical activity like tossing around in the bed and take the reading after two minutes of contact.
