Hello,

I understand your concern.
Many people are under the belief that if one has iron, protein or supplements and vitamins, they would gain weight. A person may lose weight on excess of proteins due to the increase in energy spent in digesting the proteins. To gain weight you have to eat a high calorie diet. Fats and oils have more than double the calorie per gram weight when compared to proteins and starch. If you have loss of appetite, there are simple stimulants of appetite. Eat as much of a wholesome food as you can and you will soon gain sufficient weight.
Best wishes for a healthy life.
If you have further queries, I am available.
