How To Gain Weight By Doing Some Ab Exercises?

Hello i am underweight and meaning to gain weight I' have a low b,i 15 :\ I'm increasing my calorie intake but i also need a workout plan right? I need weights and i want to do some ab exercises so i wouldn't gain weight there i would love to gain fat around my whole body but stomach not at all i like it the way it is,Any suggestions please and thank you

You may want to consider weight lifting and toning exercises to increase muscle strength and tone but should not do a lot of aerobic exercise. If you burn a lot of energy you would either lose weight or maintain your current weight, not gain.

You would also need to increase your calorie intake. This means increasing the energy value of the food and drinks that you use.
