i am 27 yrs old male and my weight is constant from past 5 yrs i.e., 55-57 kg Nd my height is 5 ft 10 inches whis is very low in bmi plz help me to increase weight in just few weeks as i would be marring very soon

(2)increase the portion sizes of meals
(3)also increase the calorie value of meals by adding dressings/butter etc
