Take healthy snacks between meals. Do not skip meals. Take threptin biscuit daily one, eat a hand full of nuts. Take 2 egg whites daily. If you are a vegetarian take curd and banana along with your meal. Nightfall is common in your age. Ejaculate yourself twice a week to avoid nightfall. Do not worry about this ,you will be alright.
