How To Gain Weight?

Hi,i am 25 years old my height is 161cm , my weight is just 49 Kg with a BMI of 18.8..!! I want to gain weight so desperately and quickly may be in span of 3 months, my goal is to reach a ideal weight of 60 kg .i am thinking to take ednura mass along with 6 banana's and two boiled egg along with 3 meals a day...so please can you advise me to go with this diet or shall i try someone other diet ??? someone saying me to take " coach formula weight gainer" instead of endura mass" WWW.WWWW.WW " .please advise me what to do.

• Pulses and legumes
• Soybean and soy products
• Dairy products- milk, curd, butter milk, cheese etc.
• Dry fruits
• Milk shakes with fruits and dry fruits
• Creamy soups
• Energy- protein granola bars
• Salad with olive oil dressing
• Desserts based on milk and dry fruits, milk puddings, steamed fruit puddings etc.
• Fruits like banana, mango, Chikku are high in calories. So that can included in the diet for healthy weight gain.
• Pumpkin and water melon seeds
Exercise- Regular exercise will boost the metabolism and will wake up your appetite. Also start doing resistance exercise, as that will help to convert the protein to muscles not to fats.
