Hello I wont to ask a question ,I m 18 years old ,my height is 160 cm and my weight is about 40 kg .my parents think that is so bad and i should gain some extrat weight and my dad told me if I gain 10 kg he will buy to me a car ...but I can't gain extra weight my body was always like this I can't change it and I eat well .my question is : have I a healthy body ,or should I gain extra kg ? You are underweight .Try to gein weight but on a healthy way. 1.Make activity to build muscles like weight training, it will stimulate your appetite too. 2.Eat bread, fish, chicken meat, vegetable, fruit and drink planty of water ,juice. .ect 3.Don't set your hope of gaining weight in one spot by eating more.. eat healthy
