I have gone through your details and according to my view there are few effective remedies which you can follow easily for gaining weight fast .Weight gain and
weight loss depends upon our BMR rate ( basal metabo
is rate) so you have to keep your
metabolism strong by eating proper balanced food,following proper routine,doing
yoga and pranayam to improve your digestion.So here are the remedies for gaining weight
Take a tbsp of chyavanprash everyday .
Have 1 tbsp of
ashwagandha powder with lukewarm milk everyday.
Prepare a powder of equal quantities of ashwagandha and shatavari and have 1 tbsp with lukewarm milk twice daily.
Boil few almonds,dates and raisins with milk and drink.
Have a banana or banana shake twice daily.
You can have 1 egg with lukewarm milk.
Have high calorie food.
Have more dairy products in your diet like cheese,ghee,butter,peanut butter.
Take a nap after a noon meal as it helps to increase kapha in the body.
Boost up your appetite by walking daily for 30 minutes.
Start doing yoga,asanas like sarvangasan,shavasan,yoganidra,bhujangasan under expert guidance.
Eat 4 -5 small meals daily.
