hi i m 25 yrs old, MSc student, my height is 164cm in height and 106lb in weight. i diet for last 3 months and reduced 2kgs.i know i'm not over weight at all. but i want to maintain my current weight, as i m looking for my wedding next yr. i m a vegetarian, but eat egg. i travel is bus, walk minimum 10-15 min per day. and sit and work half of the day, but i try to be active doing house holds, shopping etc. do i need to do any excercise? i have a orbitrec at home. but at the moment i m not doing excersise. please suggest me an appropriate food plan and excercise not to loose weight but to maintain it.
