Hi! I m 21 yrs old girl and my weight is 46 . Everybody say me that your figure looks like a kid . I want to gain body mass .I dont want to become fatty, jst to increase little bit of body mass . I eat fatty food but that effects my stomach mass , my stomach comes out my diet doesnt grow my rest of figure .I am very skeptical about my diet, so can u suggest me a diet chart according to my query . Here is the sample diet plan for you: soak 12 almonds and 12 raisins in water for the whole night, in morning take these almonds and raisins with milk. Then do breakfast after 15 minutes Breakfast 4 french toast plus 1 glass milk OR tea-1 cup OR 1 Paratha + 1 omlette Mid Morning Snack: 1 glass banana milk shake Lunch 1 plate whatever cooked + 1 nan Evening Snack: 1 glass mango milk shake OR just 1 glass whole milk Dinner As mentioned in lunch
