Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hi. Yesterday I took an adderall pill (30mg) around 3:00pm. I have had panic attacks throughout the night and have felt sick. What can I do to get this out of my system?
There isn't really anything. It gets out in about a day or a bit less. First, this is a learning experience to know this doesn't work well for you. Second, realize the rare fatal/serious problems occur very soon after taking it and there is very little risk of harm by 12 hrs after taking it when the amount in the body is significantly declining. Third, realize that since you are safe, and unlikely to have anything serious happen from it, the feelings you are getting are JUST feelings, and very temporary. In this context, do relaxing things in a safe, calm, quiet, somewhat dark and cool environment until things wear off the rest of the way. Avoid input and decisions and driving for a bit.
