To make the breast firm, you can follow measures like:
- Exercises like push ups, arm curls, bench press etc. Swimming can also help. But better to avoid skipping.
- Taking healthy diet, plenty of water and maintaining optimum weight. Excessive gain or loss of weight can affect the breasts size and firmness.
- Maintain good posture with a straight back, avoid bent back
- Have to use properly fitted inner wear.
2. Regarding the indent between
hip bone and thigh, better to get examined once to find out whether that is physiological or due to any local problem. According to that treatment can be planned.
