How To Get Back Pre-pregnancy Weight?

hi.suchi here.before pregnancy, my weight was 58kgs.after delivery it was 71kgs.now my baby is 13 months old.my weight now is 70kgs.i do all the work at home,cleaning,washing.i am not eating oily food.i am still not able to loose weight.how can i get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.please suggest.thank you.

DEAR ITS NOT ONLY THE OILY FOOD WHICH MAKES YOU FAT ITS THE CARBOHYDRATES , WHICH ADDS TO YOUR WEIGHT.

AVOID ALL SOURCES OF FAT SOURCES GHEE, BUTTER, CREAM, FULL FAT DAIRY PRODUCTS, FRIED FOODS, BAKERY PRODUCTS
REDUCE YOUR CARBOHYDRATE CONSUMPTION , SOURCES ARE ALL CEREALS, FRUITS, MILK AND PRODUCTS, SUGARS, SWEETENED DRINKS.
TAKE OUT TIME FOR AEROBICS OR BRISK WALKING FOR MINIMUM OF 1 HOUR.
