Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic. Dipsalic cream contains a potent steroidclobetasol which should not be used on the face. Even on other body parts, if used for more than 3 weeks, it can cause skin thinning, whitening and prominence of blood vessels. These side effects are more pronounced on the face. Unfortunately , some of these side effects are irreversible. You could use a sunscreen with SPF 30 and above and a good moisturiser at bedtime. It will take time for the changes to revert back to normal. Take care.
