How To Get Better Relief From High Blood Pressure?
I am a black African woman aged 49 yrs old. I had high blood pressure since 2006 when I delivered my last born. I have been using Amlodipin 10mg since then until last two weeks after being advised by the doctor to change to Perindopril 4mg. Since I started using Perindopril 4 days ago, my blood pressure reading is 198/104 or above, I am feeling pain on my left side chest, the doctor said I have to keep on taking the tablets she gave me. My question is what more shall I do to get better?
