FAIR SKIN Most of our Indian skin types get tan on sun exposure.Best way to prevent that is to regular use of sunscreen through out the year even in indoors at least thrice daily(morning and afternoon) with 3-4hrs gap inbetween on exposed parts of body. Dark areas on your elbows and knees is minimised by applying creams with hydroquinone at night and taking skin lightening peels.Avoid friction and pressure on those areas.
